I tried logging in and yes it as for the 6 digit passcode sent to my number but voila, no passcode is received. I called customer service, the first rep walked me through and confirmed over the recorded line that a passcode will be sent to my registered phone which she confirmed the number. I need to set up my credentials and for no notification or what not I was asked for my passcode which I have no idea. I changed phone/device and need to download the new mobile app. I have the old mobile app before which works fine until lately that it was lagging.
